By downloading, installing, or using CwinScraper ("the extension"), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue using the extension immediately.

2. Permitted Use

CwinScraper is licensed to you strictly for lawful research, creator analytics, competitive benchmarking, and marketing intelligence purposes. You may use CwinScraper to inspect and extract public channel metadata on your own channels or competitor channels.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Scraper Compliance

• No Video/Audio Downloading: CwinScraper is exclusively a metadata analytics tool. You agree not to attempt to use the tool to download, rip, or redistribute copyrighted audiovisual streams.
• No Excessive Flooding: You must respect throttling limits to avoid putting undue automated stress on YouTube web servers.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not circumvent license key protection mechanisms or resell unauthorized Pro licenses.

Pro licenses are processed through Creem.io. We offer a 14-day refund period if the extension fails to perform as described. Contact support@cwinscraper.com with your order number.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CwinScraper or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension.
